• Job Details:• Conducts Safety Audit Inspection procedures to tenant every quarter of the year. • Pre-construction and pre-operational meeting with incoming tenants. • Handle customer complaints and concerns regarding tenants’ services and sales related concern. • Observed and maintain cleanliness of tenants, mall building and perimeter areas. • Conducts site inspection along with Mall Engineering team to check all construction deficiency/punchlist of constructing tenant prior issuance of clearance on their store operations. • Classify and verify annual compliance to all Government Permits and Comprehensive General Liability (CGL) / Fire Insurance of tenants and ensure its compliance before allowing store soft/grand opening. • Annual checking of tenant’s compliance on sanitary / health card permits of all food tenants employees. • Encoding of Service Request (SR) of mall tenants on Systems, Applications and Products (SAP). • Checking & examine tenant’s account at SAP and issuance of memo for collection of unsettle accounts. • Auditing of tenant monitoring files from Security Department relating to the mall standard operational procedures. • Bill all necessary charges of tenants/exhibitors monthly utilities. • Assist mall management in providing semi annually orientation and seminars for tenants pertaining to fire precautionary measures, earth quake drills and other natural disaster trainings. • Determine file stripping and retention based on existing mall operations, planning and control guidelines.
