- Job Details:• Responsible about my team numbers • Manage their AHT and quality process • Listen to their calls and sharing the errors with them • Take the hard calls which transfer from my team to handle the customer • Mange the real time • Send emails the other departments to solve the customer problems and follow up on it till to solve • Support the agents on their inquiries • Make update on the k base and tell them daily with the new information • Make companies about any problem which faced our customer and follow up on it till solved • Informed the clients about campaign requirements and objectives. • Answer the customer inquiries about any product in the bank . • Submit applications to customers. • Provide all bank orders to customers • Handling an angry client and solving problems with him.
