The largest landscape project in the world for the estimated cost of USD 1.5 billion. Lusal City construction estimated cost was USD 50 billion, 10% of which was allocated to landscape and green spaces as per international specification. Achieved savings of USD 8oo million in value engineering. All been done as per drawings, specifications, on time and as per allocated budget.
