• Job Details: Briefing the marketing agency on various campaign prospects, communicating client-side expectations and coordinating with the agency throughout all phases of campaign development, ensuring services are aligned with quality, timeliness and budget expectations.  Leading BTL promotional activities such as in-store product activations, sampling, and roadshow events by coordinating with marketing agencies and kicking off trade marketing teams  Engage in the brand position and brand guideline generation of consumer brands and the corporate brand.  Closely collaborating with digital team to come up with digital marketing initiatives and managing the content calendar across our social media platforms  Collaborating with teams, operations, market research and marketing agency for timely launches of new campaigns that meet corporate demand.  Engaging in development of artwork designs for new products, demonstrating high attention to detail.  Analyze the gains of marketing campaigns and efforts, creating reports and providing recommendations to improve.  Generate reports on brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects.

Strategic Communications OfficerFull Time

• Job Details:Managing the Publishing of Darna, a magazine targeting internal staff to casually keep up with all what is happening in the corporate.  Use internal tools such as email newsletters and one on one interviews to maximize the firm’s internal communication effectiveness and ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity.  Engaged in the planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events such as Employee Recognition Awards, Women’s March Campaign, Ramadan Campaign.  Engaged in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes Diversity & Inclusion, Alumni Relations, Recruitment, Professional Development initiatives in support of firm goals and culture.  Working with appropriate firm personnel to create and maintain content for employee communication channels, and partners with the broader Marketing and IT teams to explore new channels or technologies where possible.
