Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to support the delivery of high-quality IT products, and implementation of new features, enhancements, and integrations in alignment with organization/business strategic objectives and within budget and schedule. Define and implement governance framework, information technology/cybersecurity policies, strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, remove vulnerabilities and safeguard information assets from all threats ensuring high standards of data protection and confidentiality to safeguard customer-sensitive information. Evaluate and track team performance and KPI’s, provide ongoing feedback, identify development needs, and motivate and coach them to ensure professional development & high level of service delivery. Identify the areas for cost reduction and resource optimization, and implement best practices to achieve the same. Supervise, negotiate and maintain contracts with vendors/suppliers and ensure that service levels (SLAs) are defined in the relevant agreements.
