• Job Details:Monitor daily/monthly production target & project. Communication with team members delivering shifts brief with focus on quality, cost & delivery & gathering ideas for improvements. Close all NC & action if any issue related to safety, product losses. Ensure all external & internal auditory standards as per company requirements. Formulation & achieving shifts & daily, weekly & monthly production target while maintaining quality standards. Proficiency in formulating & executing production & manpower schedule/plan for smooth execution of project within time & cost parameter. Manage the implementation of engineering change, production trial, and model change. Lead focus on customer concern. Identify & eliminate with its root cause. Identify opportunities for preventing waste & inefficiency during production. Create & maintain required documentation for manufacturing process, including flow chart, capacity & utilize time & motion study, standard work, cycle time analysis, & line balancing. Utilize lean manufacturing, kaizen & root-cause analysis to formulate & support innovation, corrective action & improvement. Mentor & guide team members in their professional growth & developments. Execute line balancing & productivity improvement projects on daily basis. Handle the grievance & day to day concern with operators & require data mediator between the shop floor & management. Significant contribution in cycle time reduction - implemented various kaizen’s in safety, delivery & cost reduction.
