• Job Details:Responsible for the accounts payable process for NORAM operations and experienced in European operations for the same. Instrumental in designing and implementing an on-time payment project (DMAIC) operation. Led a team of 3 accounts assistants to ensure a smooth and expeditious workflow reduction implementation. Responsible for utility service invoices. Create and review the payment proposal and payment run of the NORAM region. Active and productive team member on a lean project to optimize product and services delivery lead times. Auditing and quality assurance checks on team member contributions to the invoice processing. Taking the initiative to improve the process and get validated with the business client.
