Quantity Surveyor (Consultant)Full Time

• Job Details:Project: 1. Matara stage IV water supply project. (Construction and completion of 30Km distribution line and service water line at water treatment plant.), Contract sum – SAR 10,381,198.00. 2. Wilgamuwa Water supply Project; Design & Build Project (Client- National Water Supply & Drainage Board.), Contract sum SAR 37,296,097.00 3. Construction and completion of 15 stories apartment building at Narahenpita. SAR 2,604,160.00 Role: • Prepare interim payment applications. • Prepare variations and maintain register of payments, variations. • Assist to commercial manager to prepare claims and legal documents. • Prepare monthly end cost reports and update project budget and actual expenses. • Handling of sub contractor’s payments. • On site and off site quantity verification and confirm payments of sub contractors. • Prepare notification and forward to client. • Prepare variations including carry out work study and submit new rates. • Participate all commercial meetings held with client. • Provide technical justification when its required justify variations and claims. • On site verification and certify the final accounts.

Quantity Surveyor (Contractor)Full Time

• Job Details:Project: EPC works for the AD Duqm gas supply station (GSS), Gas Company (OGC), Contract sum – SAR 209,194,052.00 Role: • Prepare variations documents including estimating, build up new rates and supporting (approx. -60nrs). • Assist to Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contractor Manager to prepare monthly financial reports and monthly progress reports. • Participate all commercial meeting held with client and sub contractors. • Review interim payment applications of sub contractors and forward certification through SAP. • Maintain variations logs, Sub contractor’s payment and IPA log. • Preparation of contractual correspondences. • Prepare interim payment application including summarizing measurements received from site.

Quantity Surveyor (Consultant)Full Time

• Job Details:Project: 1. ADB Assisted Greater Colombo Water & Waste Water Management Improvement Investment Program Project -01, Contract sum – SAR 384,104,310.00 Role: • Review and certified interim payment applications. • Prepare and maintain records of all sub contractor’s payment and variations. • Evaluation of variations and forward to SQS for approval. • Prepare cost plan and update with actual expenditure. • Check the materials at site and issuing quantity verifications for payment approvals. • Prepare monthly cash flow forecast report for nominated sub-contractors works. • Prepare BOQ and preambles for nominated sub contract packages. • Carry out site inspection to ensure safety procedures are comply with contractual obligations. • Negotiate with contractor to provide faire rates for both parties including carries out work studies and market studies. • Participate all commercial meeting held with client and contractor. • Assist to Senior Quantity Surveyor in the event of evaluation of claims. • Assist to construction supervision team to provide actual work progress within the time frame. • Prepare meeting minutes. • Negotiation with client and provide justifications to receive approval for variations.
