• Job Details:Provide leadership to Information Technology department by setting and directing on vision, mission and policy of 18 companies in the group. Identify, define and Manage IT plan, budget, operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, organizing and optimizing the operations, negotiating with vendors and allocation of resources. Managed team of 18 direct report professionals with over 140 indirect reports. Implemented innovative integrated software to cut operation cost and boost company efficiency and revenue. Maximize efficiency of administrative process and reduce the time by stream line the operations and reduce the paper based job using software. Initiated programme that standardized training and increased efficiency 20%. Effectively manage projects, vendors, employees, customers and shareholders. Determine areas of improvement for cost control and initiate changes. Initiate, monitor and control all the projects in the group and make sure that all the projects are executed successfully with right scope, within the budget, within time frame and without risk. Continually seeking opportunities to increase the efficiency of the organization using IT.
