Directs and supervises all operation effectively by ensuring highest standards of service offered at all times. Ensure that staff scheduling is done on time and accordingly to the need of operation. Coordinates between the different departments to ensure back up when needed (kitchen/engineer/housekeeping). Monitor personal changes and smooth transition of staff. Handling monthly employee development training sessions for staff. Ensuring an efficient operating cost reduction. Handling a guest complaints and satisfies the guest demands. Up selling of the inter hotels loyalty programmers to guest.
