• Job Details:From May 2010 till March 2016 -Maintains records of routine accounting transactions. - Review invoices of suppliers with the ware house goods entry to be sure that stock is as invoiced. - Looking after Invoices settlement and collection of account receivables. - Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns (making sales tax and supplier taxes reports for the authorized deputy). March 2016 till now - Responsible for cash flow to be presented to the head managers weekly. - Adjust cash flow with bank statements monthly. – Financial and analytical reports as needed for costs pools (on monthly and yearly basses). - Maintains asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account information - Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies -Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. -Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements - Produces payroll by initiating computer processing - Adjust income taxes at the end of the financial year with the salaries reconciliation and issue the payee of the taxation authorities.
