• Job Details:Oversee daily operations of the mid-day meal (MDM) program, ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, safety, and inventory management. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations in food safety, sanitation, and brand protection. Prepare SOPs, SSOPs, PRPs, and CCPs for various departments and conduct pre-audits for ISO certification. Identify root causes and provide corrective action reports (CAR); train employees on best practices. Implement traceability systems, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
