• Job Details:• Supervise and monitor the progress of electrical works, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, installation methods, and designated timelines and budgets. • Review, refine, and authorize electrical designs and shop drawings to guarantee accuracy and alignment with project requirements. • Assist in budget preparation and tendering procedures, including bid analysis and contracting activities. • Collaborate with architectural consultants to create, review, and synchronize Building Information Modeling (BIM) models. • Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural, and mechanical designs to ensure seamless integration. • Evaluate contractors' proposals, selecting the most appropriate offer based on both technical and financial considerations. • Conduct regular site visits to oversee work progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with quality and code standards. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction. • Review and authorize payment documents in accordance with contractual terms and conditions. • Assess contractors' performance against established benchmarks, project requirements and contractual obligations. • Validate and approve As-built drawings reflecting the final, constructed conditions. • Prepare comprehensive reports documenting preliminary handover procedures and associated documentation. • Provide ongoing support to operators during the warranty period, facilitating a smooth transition to final project handover.
