• Job Details:Develop LOD 400 Revit models and families. - Cooperate with the coordination team preparing the federated model. - utilize Navisworks software to prepare clash report. - Resolving + 2000 clashes with other trades HVAC, plumping, structure … etc, That reduces rework by 30%. - enhance the collaboration using ACC ( BIM 360 ) to control workflow and the permission of The project team. - Create +100 sheets by Revit according to MIDP. - Reduce the cost by 10% after reviewing the material submittal from the suppliers for electrical panels, equipment, light current systems and mechanical equipment

Electrical technical office on site engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for finish electrical design , shop drawing and material approval - Make and study BOQ and time analysis schedules - In charge of review the technical and commercial offers - Supervise the installation for lighting , power , fire alarm , generator , fire pumps installation in the following Projects : 1- HDB Administration Building 2- Shebeen AL-Koam Hospital
