• Job Details:Commercial Vehicles - use computer - aided design (CAD) and computer - assisted engineering (CAE) software to create prototypes (Coach) as body building including (frame, sheeting, Doors, Windows, fixation, finishing, jigs for assembly,...etc) - Collaborate with the engineering staff to produce design and drawing in accordance with the applicable standards with welding symbols and tolerance into design drawing - Support engineering design development through analysis and simulation of prototypes and 3D computer models - Collect and analyze data from tests on prototypes then modify designs and investigation of possible design solutions - Understand the concept, specifications, tender and development of new projects or components systems to be integrated in the vehicle and to determine design factors such as size, shape and arrangement of parts - Review prototypes design for compliance with engineering principles and company standards - Measuring and reviewing machined parts and assembly process to ensure compliance with design specifications - Follow up the prototype for changes and corrections - Responsible for Localization of Sub-parts and dealing with suppliers

Project Development EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:-Design / Manufacture equipment for production process. - Draw spare parts for performing reverse engineering. - Responsible for designing engineering changes on existing parts. - Support customer’s needs in design and engineering. - Maintain a high level of parts design standards. - Manages Localization Projects from beginning to end for different clients like EGA, GB, GM and others. - Determine Project Specifications by studying product design, material requirements and testing standards. - Prepare Product Cost Estimate. - Use CAD software (solid works and Catia) to approve the Customer sample to the drawing provided and make any changes required upon. - Prepare Samples for customer approval. - Develops Project plans and work flows managing time, budget, resources and quality control. - Determine Project timeline to SOP (start of production) and prepare process flow chart. - Confirm product performance by conducting tests according to customer requirements. - Directs team’s deliveries to timelines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards both internal and external clients. - Leads projects / client / business partner meetings and conference calls, including project kick-off meetings weekly and ad-hoc
