• Job Details:▪ Managing the OSS team responsible for Administration and Operation of “Unified Fault Management”. [This Solution collect all Fault data from We-Data, WE-Mobile and WE-Fixed, in a unified Database and unified Web interface. This system is based on IBM Netcool/OmniBus] ▪ Assessing other teams’ requirements toward our system and coordinating the tasks to our team. ▪ Arranging Development plan with trainings and online courses to enrich my teams’ capabilities, especially toward new technologies like “Machine Learning” and “Business Intelligence”.

2nd level operations OSSFull Time

• Job Details:▪ Coordinating OSS team for Administration of all Ericsson and other vendors OSS servers installed in Etisalat Network: ● OSS-RC: managing RAN and Core nodes. ● ENIQ: handle performance collection, monitoring and reporting. ● SO-EM: managing transmission and microwave nodes. ● Third-party OSS server: Alcatel (Microwave) , ZTE (RAN, CORE PS, Microwave) Intracom (Microwave), SIAE (Microwave) ▪ Conducted Regular Health Check on servers and automation of some health-check tasks. ▪ Represent Ericsson on all meetings with Etisalat Misr customer and represent Etisalat Misr when dealing with other vendors.

Senior EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Regular Health Check on equipment and network to keep monitor KPIs and possible risks. • Handling Core Sites installation for TX equipment (Optical, Microwave, OSS servers, BITS) • Managing upgrades related to Transmission products (RTN, OSN, BITS and U2000). • Manage all new installations with subcontractors and customer planning team. • Monthly check about new Bugs and precautions released from Huawei R&D. • Follow up all network Risks and network optimizations. • Support customer query all reports relate to all products from management server. • Support Product sales team for any new solution and feature. • Regular Health Check on equipment and network. • Follow up all network Risks and network optimizations. • Give Training to new team members and subcontractor Engineers (Field maintenance or Rollout engineers).
