• Job Details:Provides supervision, direction and analytical support to the budget and costing team. - Assists the Budget Manager in long/short term financial planning and forecasting. - Receive statements and collection claims to the work policy to follow up on customers and receive checks and cash within the policy of the company . Apr 2023 - I documents what me receives in terms of checks and amounts in receipt vouchers, signing and opening them according tothe rules and according to the applicable work policy. - Follow-up treasury movement on a daily basis and record its entries . - Disburse any amounts after being approved by the financial manager. - Receiving and recording revenues. - Record any payments or receipts. - Follow-up of bank balances and their movement. - Issuance and registration of checks. - Raising daily restrictions to the Director of Financial Affairs and approving them
