• Job Details:a. Involve in Project Management, Planning, Scheduling & Execution. System handles: Chilled Water System, Compress Dry Air (CDA) Plant & Distribution, Bulk Gases and Waste Water Treatment Plant Project. b. Provide timely regular provide progress report, reviews Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) costs base from Scope of Work (SOW) as determined in Bid Contract. c. Reviews civil, structural & mechanical discipline prior to design and generate piping routing & Equipment Lay-outs. d. Involve in Design/model Review in Mechanical/Piping, Equipment Layout (FMEA). e. Reviews sub-contractor detailed engineering/shop drawings and IFC drawings. f. Supervised and coordination of 3.0 taskforce members composed of piping designers (Cryogenic/non- Cryogenic Piping systems). g. Resolving site issues, and coordination to inter engineering design disciplines. h. Understand and apply project specifications and piping design basis. i. Provide technical support in both Engineering & Construction Departments. j. Squad check of vendor drawings & reviews engineering deliverables. k. Reviews Method of Statement/Procedures & Risk Assessment, Test Packages, Hydrotest circuit diagram & identification of test limits as define in Line List/Schedule. l. Conduct Line checking, Punchlist activities, Red-line & As-Built Drawings (Isometric, General Arrangement and P&ID drawings).

Senior Piping Designer/Piping CheckerFull Time

• Job Details:a. Checking of P&ID, Plot plan, Piping General Arrangement, Piping Isometric and Pipe Support drawings and Client’s Project standard using Smart Plant Review (SPR) software. And, prepares engineering deliverables. b. Checking piping routing & lay-out, interference, tripping hazards and operation/maintenance spaces that are not satisfied per project specifications. c. Involve in developing the piping activities by using Intergraph’s SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) software. d. Participate in Design Review in Mechanical/Piping concepts & Equipment Layout. e. Understand and apply project specifications and piping basis in modular projects. f. Squad check of vendors drawings (i.e. Mechanical equipment drawings and nozzle orientation & Data Sheets, Project piping Standard & Specifications). • Job Details:a. Works in a workshare project between Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and J&S offices. b. Responsible for the split areas assign in developing the piping activities in a workshare mode project by using Intergraph’s SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) software. c. Performed piping layout, equipment layout, platforms and miscellaneous structure into the 3D modelling using SP3D. d. Checking piping routing, interference, tripping hazards and operation/maintenance spaces that are not satisfied per project specifications. e. Did material take-off based on P&ID's and piping layouts. f. Extraction & checking of isometric drawings generated from SP3D. g. Prepared and checked 2D drawing for special pipe support. h. Squad check of vendors drawings (i.e. Mechanical equipment drawings, equipment lay-out, nozzle orientation & Data Sheets, Project piping Standard & Specifications). i. Prepares engineering deliverables.
