• Job Details: Conservation agriculture (sowing directly into a cover crop, agroforestry)  Ability to plan and implement the different activities (nursery, fertilizing, harvesting and post harvesting)  Crop production (cotton, maize, rice)  Good knowledage of soil biology  Yield analyses  Ability to analyse data through statistical software as R  Communication through weekly meetings and reporting  Team management skills and team leadership in the field within three years  Ability to work with the producers to carry out surveys  Literature review according to the research needs  Ability to write reports  Ability to work in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments
