• Job Details:I work as a production specialist in EVA Pharma 6th of October site I am responsible for the start up requirements of the new Insulin and Dental line I am responsible for planning start up requirements like creating SOPs and logbooks I am Responsible for the SYNTEGON Cartridge line in insulin and Dental anaesthesia cartridge manufacturing and BAUSCH+STROBLE Vials line in insulin manufacturing with the packaging line I am involved in the qualification and validation and SAT of both lines I am responsible for producing Media Fill and the first batches on both lines for the EDA and any external Audit I am responsible for Fedigari Autoclave cycle management and development as i was involved in the Qualification and Validation of the autoclave like cycle development and distribution and challenging Air Detector I am responsible for making sure everything is done in the required procedures and well documented and pass any Audits Establishing a system for production and daily routine from cleaning to machine setup and autoclave cycles and make sure it is well documented in logbooks and done correctly according to SOPs
