• Job Details:● Install Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform (RHOCP) v4.17 on VMware vSphere. ● Install and upgrade IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) v21.0.3 and v24.0.1 on Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform (RHOCP). o Configure various components including FileNet Content Manager, Content Navigator, Operational Decision Manager (ODM), Automation Decision Services (ADS), Business Automation Studio (BAStudio), Business Automation Workflow Authoring and Runtime. o Configure a custom external database for various components. o Integrate Keycloak and Active Directory for secure authentication, Single Sign-on (SSO), and user management. o Troubleshoot storage and certificate issues in Zen Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D). o Identify and resolve deployment issues in Development, Testing (UAT), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Production environments. ● Set up and configure the Red Hat Build of Keycloak (RHBK) and Red Hat SSO v7.6 on RHEL9 and Red Hat OpenShift environments. ● Install and configure stand-alone IBM FileNet Container and Operational Decision Manager (ODM) on Kubernetes (CNCF). ● Install IBM Security Verify Directory v10.0.3 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). ● Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Job Details:● Deploy Red Hat® OpenShift ® (RHOCP) v4.12 Cluster on VMware vSphere. ● Configure HAProxy for traffic routing and high availability in Red Hat OpenShift (RHOCP). ● Configure OpenShift to integrate with external identity providers (LDAP and HTPasswd). ● Deploy and configure IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) v23.0.1 on Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform (RHOCP). o Set up and Configure storage solution for IBM Cloud Pak Deployment. o Troubleshooting and resolving deployment issues. ● Deploy and set up Red Hat Satellite to manage systems efficiently. o Synchronize content from the Red Hat Customer Portal and other sources. o Troubleshoot issues related to Satellite and connected systems. o Ensure timely updates, patches, and security fixes. ● Install and Configure IBM Products including: o WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Business Automation Workflow (BAW). o FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine (FNP8 CPE), Content Navigator (ICN), Content Search Services (CSS), and Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS). o Operational Decision Manager (ODM) and DB2 Database. ● Deploy IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) on Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. ● Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud infrastructure.
