• Job Details:Over 7 years experience as a Microbiologist. • Experience in room qualification/facility start up and protocol/sampling design. • Highly skilled in microbiology techniques, equipment and supplies. • In depth knowledge of laboratory tests used in microbiology work. • Proficient in methods and practices of microbiological analysis • Proven ability to lead personnel, manage operations and coordinating time. • Can control costs without sacrificing quality. • Demonstrated ability to train, motivate and evaluate personnel performance. • Providing general management and guidance to compliance with company policies, standards, procedures, cGMP’s, GLP’s and regulations. • Supporting management to provide responses to audit observations and findings. • Provides Quality Control Measures for test procedures, reviews and documents results, implements corrective action(s) when tolerance limits are exceeded, ensures specimen integrity from point of receipt and accessioning through filing/archival, ensures compliance with standards and regulations of accrediting and government agencies. • Resolves day to day operational problems related to system, personnel and equipment performance.Responsible for Environmental Monitoring (EM) of all controlled classes, ISO 8, ISO 7, and ISO 5 areas, as well as compressed gas and water system testing. • Testing sterility samples, endotoxin samples, gram stain in support of aseptic processing as well as raw material and final product release.  Participate in validation activities for Sterile and Non Sterile Products and microbial methods as well as media fills. • Involved in new personnel training, gowning qualifications and re-qualification, participate in Media Fill and other validation/qualification studies. • Perform enumeration of microorganisms, coordinate and tracks identification of microorganisms and subsequent alert and Confirmatory tests. • Performing Trend Analysis for water, environmental monitoring and particulate for different classes of the production areas. • Sampling and analysis of different grades of water. • Perform Fumigation Procedures for the Classified Areas in the sterile factory. • Perform Disinfectant Efficiency testing. • Perform Growth Promotion Test for incoming culture media and ready media plates. • Perform monthly culture maintenance, stock preparation, and organism identification. • Conduct Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) of raw materials, finished Products and method validation of microbial limits test.  Ensuring that all the results are certified according to the GMP,GLP and WHO guidelines. • Maintain appropriate supplies for the Microbiology laboratory. • Adhere to good documentation practices to ensure data integrity and tractability. • Participate on the site audit team. • Manage lab in media preparation, sterilization, problem solving, review all QA records, and training. • Perform investigations of alert and exceeded action levels (Incident and OOS Reports) and/or trends in microbial monitoring data, and provided corrective action plans and follow up. • Review data, generate trends and reports, write and edit SOPs.
