Coordinate with managers to ensure the annual leaves of staff consumed within the business year. Supervise the payroll process. Supervise the health insurance. Supervise administering the employee’s contracts and files. Supervise creating and update JDs where required. Create and update the HR Policies & Procedures and code of conduct. Create and update employees’ handbook.
