• Job Details:- Manage and support Active directory, server Administration and server hardware maintenance - Deploying and Operating the Monitoring systems for servers (Hardware, NT Services, Disk spaces, CPU, Memory). - Maintain the Servers HW (HP G4, G5, G6, G7, G8 and Gen9) - Deploying and operating the backup systems Symantec Backup EXEC 2010,2015,2016 and - Implementing and configure HP Tape Library for Backup jobs - Managing and supporting the Datacenter different Monitoring tools (SCOM, CACTI, Whatsup Gold, Orion Solar Wind, Site scope) - Administer windows server 2003 &2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016. - Administer AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS, Group Policy, File server and advanced threat analytics (ATA) - Administer Antivirus servers (Symantec endpoint protection manager). - Working on virtualization solution (Hyper-V), (VMWare) - Implementing and configure Rack Servers, including implementing dell rack servers. - Install, move, de-install customer’s hardware and Initial configuration of system OS - Acting as on-call support for any problems escalation out of working hours. - Administer and Handling problem with Ticketing System Mange Engine Service Desk - Basic Linux administration (RHEL Admin I & II) - Installing all new Solution, Systems and solving all incompatibility problems. - Working with other technical teams and customers to solve technical problems if needed - Monitoring Data center Environment in shift Basis 24/7.
