• Job Details:• Carry out inspections of Equipment in production line to identify and resolve issues. • Plan and oversee all repair, PM activities and installation activities for Body Shop and Paint Shop. • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the Production line including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs through MAXIMO. • Perform data analysis for equipment to achieve the predictive maintenance and avoid the sudden downtime. * Continuous Improvement: • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. • Down time control through making analysis to the top issues by using Fishbone analysis and 5 Whys to find the root cause and solve the issue. • Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry. • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. • Encourage Team members to innovate new ideas to make cost saving or help in improving quality and safety. • GMS implementation to control all maintenance activities and processes to insure of complying with GM standards. • Generate Task Instruction List TIS for each activity to ensure complying with GM standards. • Compiles monthly reports to allow monitoring of the department’s budget. • Follow up and confirm compling with the Business Deployment Plan of the strategic plan of the company. • Cost reduction initiatives management for department tools and equipment. • Safe work environment/ practices implementation through shop-floor Safety observation tours. * Leading a Team: • Responsible for supervising, control and develop a team of direct reporters (Engineers&Technicians) through coordinating tasks & manage workload among team members. • Ensuring that each team member has passed through a sufficient on job training and enhancing the team knowledge continually. • Develop individual career development plan for team members. • Improve Problem solving tools and techniques level of understanding to enhance applying strategy applied by all the team members. • Responsible for the quarterly performance evaluation for the direct reports and defining their development areas to meet current and future business requirements. • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
