  • Job Details:Responsible of Management facility on SIEMENS PS service center which located in El-Ain El-Sokhna - Managing the facilities assets and operations within the assigned Facility - Manage the effective achievement of the account’s objectives through leading the Facilities and Operations team that consist of (40 Persons). - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programmers and all technical documentation - Ensure that operational activities meet and integrate with the organizational requirements for HSEQ, legal and statutory requirements and general duty of care. - Manage project budget and project resource allocation - Implementing best supplier and client relationship management, facilities management, building energy services management, maintenance, and contract management practices - Preparing weekly, Monthly reports reflecting the Activities, preventive maintenance & subcontractors services
