• Job Details:• Creating the company’s marketing plan to open new markets for the new business. • Formation & leading the sales team to strengthen the customer relations and creating new networks. • Contributed to the launch of the company by conducting QA testing on the website and online Toolbox. • Coordinating the recruitment requirements with HR Manager and Chairman. • Established a solid Tedor's network of recruiters locally and internationally, by signing them up and monitoring their performance and customer satisfaction with the recruiter's services. • Responsible for maintaining close business relationships with the recruiters worldwide, briefing them about the requirements, answering their queries and addressing their concerns. • Responsible for developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment to identify their real needs to offer the optimum solution which helps to introduce Tedor’s relevant consultancy. • Manage clients’ accounts, conduct weekly meetings on the progress of their vacancies. • Conduct market research and identify good recruitment partners. •Prepare invoices, negotiate customers / vendors contracts, oversee paperwork submission.
