• Job Details:- Lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the company through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements. - Mange administrative work in Talent Acquisition function such as recruitment management system, job announcement, monthly TA report, onboarding process etc. - Preparing job description for each position. - Responsible for OD. (training providers, needed courses for all employees, conduct monthly reports about training budget for each department, and handle the training invoices with the Financial Department). - Manage external recruitment agencies and propose recommendations to reduce expenses/costs of resourcing and talent acquisition activities - Hire the technical staff. - Conduct Exit interviews for the Resigned employees. - Develop Human Resources polices and all HR forms - Creating organization charts - Creating annual termination analysis. - Discovering new sources of recruitment
