Projects ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for managing & overall supervision of new Projects .  Perform value engineering and cost control to keep project within budget.  Provide technical support to the Sales Dept. and make presentations to the client/consultant.  Assist in the preparation of drawings, operation and maintenance manuals for each project  Manage all cross functional technology components from project initiation to post implementation.  Manage technology change through the lifecycle of the project.  Manage technology team leads and their respective deliverables.  Lead the project team through issues resolution as required.  Provide concise and timely status reporting as required by senior management.  Direct the project team; provide ongoing advice, guidance and mentoring.  Manage client, vendor and technology relationships.  Effectively interface with the various sub-contractors.  Monitor and conduct post implementation reviews.  Maintain proper coordination in all the site activities  Complete the project efficiently.  Manage the detailing, costing, price negotiation and scheduling of electrical projects
