• Job Details:• Created the quality department and put in place the quality execution plan. • Delivered 40% of 642 apartments and villas and duly accepted by clients. • Supervising a team of engineers to ensure the quality of the Architecture products and the related construction as per the approved budgets, materials & specifications. • Verifying the architectural design and ensured final working drawings are in accordance with the consultant and architectural standards. • Creating recommendations to the management on ways to improve on existing quality processes. • Developed and implemented the project specifications. • Evaluating Consultant’s performance, projects progress and report to executive management. • Working collaboratively with different departments who have a direct/indirect link to the projects to generate successful methodologies, systems, procedures that lead to optimal outcomes in time, cost and quality of built work • Reviewing existing process to identify the gabs and need mitigations for improvement or upgrade. • Reviewing tenders in coordination with the management/commercial division and provide our professional opinion in selecting the Contractors. • Overseeing contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to safety, schedule, budget and quality requirements.

Design and Real estate development managerFull Time

• Job Details:• Expand the bank assets from 3 branches in 2006 to 75 branches and 3 Head offices. • Manage the design team and consultants through the FEED, scheme and detailed design stages for multiple projects simultaneously. • Prepare the methodology of design and construction. Oversee consultants’ deliverables for necessary documents and obtain required statutory approvals. • Chair coordination meetings with consultants for multidisciplinary designers to ensure an error free design. • Prepare design briefs, technical documentation, customer requirements, site conditions, execution plans and scope of work for request for proposals packages (RFP’s). • Evaluate bid submissions by vendors and carry out selection process. • Administer all contractors and vendors (financial and technical authority). • Report progress to senior and executive management. Measure performance against established KPIs. • Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to safety, schedule, budget and quality requirements.

Architecture TechnoligistFull Time

• Job Details:• Changed Dawson Collage of Montreal area from a campus to a residential area consisting of 9 Villas, 240 Condos and 12 Lofts. • Coordinated with various construction trades (civil, mechanical, plumbing and electrical). • Supervised site construction activities and chaired coordination meetings. • Monitored and updated the schedule and managed the changes to achieve the plan. • Responsible for monitoring and controlling the construction and design budget • Prepared progress and financial reports for senior management.
