• Job Details:Main Tasks :- 1. Issuing Variation Orders & Pricing of Variations. 2. Issuing and Certified IPC (Interim Payment Certificate). 3. Issuing Subcontractors’ invoices. 4. Discussing IPA (Interim Payment Application) with consultant and employer to issue IPC. 5. Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed. 6. Coordinate with site managers, site engineers, technical office engineers and QS. team to prepare all the needed measurements “Take-off” for IPA, subcontractors’ invoices and variation orders. 7. QS. Submittals and related discussions with the consultant. 8. Cooperate with contracting department to assure terms of contracts. 9. Prepare monthly report on progress of assigned project with assistance of schedules, costs spreadsheets and perform analysis on same. 10. Measure and value the completed work done on site.
