• Job Details:• Site management • Handing over the units (residential-administrative) to clients • ensuring that they are scheduled and executed according to plans and specifications • negotiation and dealing with subcontractors • reviewing Architecture shop drawings sheets & details. • Coordinating with all sections to make sure that there aren’t any conflicts. • solving any unexpected technical problems during construction process. • reviewing Quantity surveying of architecture items. • reviewing subcontractors’ invoices. • Preparing and updating bill of quantities. • Reviewing the materials required for the project and its submitted. • Participating in Tendering different items and cost estimation.
