• Job Details:•Follow up the Production, Rework and Defect. •To direct and manage all Production Process. • Responsible for solve any Problem in the production with other Department. • Manage and develop all staff, equipment and other resources. • Monitor the implementation of applicable Health and Safety. • Monitor and control the Production rate and Line Balance for all Models by time analysis. • Follow up the training system of all employees in Process and Production Department. • Ensure Safety on all processes/procedures and issue Work Instructions and SOP.
