• Job Details:• Oracle SCM Functional Consultant expert with more than 7 years of in-depth experience in support and implementation. • Complete Oracle full life cycle implementations for the Supply Chain Management Modules. • Technical expertise in Oracle Apps Inventory, Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM) and OPM. • Solid experience with business process/requirements analysis, module set up and functional configuration, documentation, and ability to provide knowledge transfer. • Provided assistance to users in mapping business practices, data gathering & implementing solution respectively. • Coordinated activities with Implementation team on creating test plans, documents, unit testing and correcting bugs for SCM & OPM modules. • Flow Testing for SCM (INV, PO, OM and OPM) modules & customized reports to make sure flow is working without any issues. • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards & company requirements. • Provide system training for end user on Oracle (Inventory- Purchasing-OM-OPM) modules. • Daily production support by resolving system & user issues. • Responsible for improving business cycle in Oracle Apps Inventory, Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM) if needed. • Work with Technical team to develop new reports, personalization, Workflow and Customizations

• Job Details:Oracle Order Management, • Handle all Spanish & Latin America orders using Oracle e-Business Suite R12. • Responsible for making expedite, change & cancelation requested by Cisco customers to their orders. • Responsible for applying promotion & discounts on Cisco orders by validating customer’s BOM. • Responsible for tracking orders & make sure it has been fulfilled. • Tools that were used: A- Oracle e-Business Suite r12.
