• Job Details:• Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin QHSE and operating standards • Liaising with local contractors, and agencies regarding QHSE. • Overseeing, developing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the company wide Business systems. (ISO 9001 ,14001 & 45001) • Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. • Reports any non-conformances that are identified during routine operations monitoring and in-process testing. • Suggests alternative methods and procedures in solving problems and meeting changing market opportunities. • Provide assistance, guidance and, support for quality control staff • Generating local QHSE procedures, work instructions and checklists as required. • Preparing and monitoring QHSE plans that define how the QHSE Management System is implemented. • Monitor and oversee contract specific risk assessments to ensure they are performed as per contract scope of works. • Facilitate departmental meetings, HSE Committee meetings, ‘HSE Alerts’, suggestions, awards, etc. • To advise Management on corrective action required. • To coordinate and actively participate in the screening and QHSE training of all personnel, including contractors. • To advise Management on the level of compliance of the local QHSE program with local and national requirements/regulations of the host country. • To actively monitor & follow up on QHSE reports and HSE audits. • To support line management in investigations of failures and accidents. • To develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training, and promoting active involvement of employees in Quality and HSE.
