BIM Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Preparing Shop drawings for structural elements. - Preparing quantity surveying for structural and architectural elements. - Preparing invoices and payments for sub-contractors and clients. - Doing and reviewing basic drawings needed for site operations. - Preparing structure model 3D. - Preparing as-built drawings at the end of the project and handing them over to the project consultant. - Revise structural drawings to ensure that no conflicts or gaps exist, and undertake the creation and plotting of technical designs (including measurements, levels, and dimensions). - Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. - Preparing and submit project documents such as and not limited to IR, MIR, MAR. - Participate in solving or reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solution. - Preparing monthly reports of the executed works and the percentages of completion. - Preparing procurement packages for all elements of the projects. - Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required. - Work coordination with head office, other departments, local consultant, subcontractors and the clients including documentation.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:My Responsibilities: - Prepare Civil Shop drawings for structural . - Prepare quantity surveying for structural and architecture elements. - Preparing invoices and payments for sub-contractors and clients. - Preparing structure model 3D. - Doing and reviewing basic drawings needed for site operations. - Preparing Time Schedule by Excel. - Preparing as-built drawings at the end of the project and handing them over to the project consultant. - Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for construction works. - Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required. - Preparing and submit project documents such as and not limited to IR ,MIR ,MAR ,CPR ,casting table ,steel table. - Work coordination with head office, other departments, local consultant, subcontractors and the clients including documentation
