• Job Details:MASIC is multi-billion dollars Investment Company that invests in private equity, public equities and real estate with focus on MENA region. Works on originating and executing private equity transactions in addition to managing existing portfolio and managing team of associates. Key responsibilities include: • Originating and developing deal pipeline to achieve deployment targets • Developing relationships with private equity funds, investment banks, attorneys, advisors and family offices in MENA • Managing transactions end-to-end on an independent basis with limited senior involvement and providing effective guidance to the team while ensuring quality standards • Developing detailed investment reports to evaluate and present investment opportunities covering broad range of sectors including aquaculture, real estate, financial services and oil & gas. • Managing the implementation of post-acquisition value creation strategies for new investments • Preparing valuation models and executive committee presentations for new and existing investments Worked on originating and executing several transactions including: • Incorporated joint venture with GEMS Education to acquire, build and manage K-12 schools in KSA • SAR 75mm acquisition of the largest independent dental clinics chain in KSA • SAR 180mm acquisition of leading real estate developer in KSA • SAR 200mm of mezzanine transactions in MENA • Sale of 30% of Thakher to Al Tayyar Travel Group in SAR 803mm transaction
