• Job Details:• Duties: 1. Leading the technical office to prepare full packages (Drawings + BOQs) after reviewing the design received from the design team and send to the site team to work on. 2. Coordinate the MEP drawings received from the consultant with the design package to avoid any conflicts. 3. Coordinate the structure drawings received from the consultant with the design package to avoid any conflicts. 4. Regular site visits to follow up the work progress with the site team and support them with any required data. 5. Preparing reports regarding the site visits. 6. Preparing the project time schedule (using Microsoft MS project) and following up the construction progress with the site team. 7. Preparing the cash flow for the project and follow up with the financial department. 8. Preparing packages for every finishing items used in our projects (BOQ & Keyplans). 9. Send the packages to subcontractors and waiting for their offers. 10. Preparing price comparison sheets between different subcontractors offers. 11. Prepare Inhouse ceramic tiles shop drawings packages and send to site to work on. 12. Preparing Contracts documents for different subcontractors and review their final contracts.

Senior ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:• Duties: 1. Leading the design team to prepare full design packages (Drawings + BOQs) regarding different projects 2. Following up with the MEP consultant and coordinate all the layout networks to avoid any conflicts. 3. Following up with the Structure consultant and coordinate all the drawings together to avoid any conflicts. 4. Travel to site location to follow up the work progress with the site construction team and support them with any required data. 5. Preparing reports regarding the site visits. 6. Selections of the finishing materials as per the design package and meeting with different suppliers. 7. Follow up with the suppliers regarding different materials orders.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Duties: 1. Review and coordination of shop drawings prepared by outsourced subcontractors and ensuring that they comply with specifications and engineer instructions (EIs) received from the Main Consultant. 2. Comply contract drawings with the engineer instructions drawings and send requests for information (RFIs) if there are any conflicts between them. 3. Ensure that shop drawings and design documents comply with the projects specifications. 4. Coordination and review of Shop drawings prior to official submission to consultants taking into consideration Engineering Instructions. 5. Coordinate the architectural shop drawings with the MEP & structural drawings to avoid any conflicts at site. 6. Support the site team with any required architectural missing data. 7. Preparing architectural packages for outsourced subcontractors. 8. Preparing shop drawings for different items (ex: Block work, Ceramic tiles and reflected ceiling) 9. Preparing concrete dimensions drawings for different structural elements (Tunnels, Cores, Slabs… etc.) 10. Revise Subcontractors contracts as per the EIs, B.O.Q. and the project specs. 11. Quantity surveying for different concrete items. 12. Preparing AS BUILT drawings. 13. Preparing O & M (operation and maintenance) manuals for the client.
