• Job Details:Responsible to ensures projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standards through the following: - Prepare initial budget for projects Tender phase. - Design Review and validation throughout all Project design phases (BODR, Schematic, Detailed design, IFC, and Tender) according to all local authorities regulations and international Codes. - Review contractors invoices prior to payment, ensuring alignment with site progress and work completed or materials supplied on site. - Evaluation of project design and specifications to identify areas for value Engineering to maintain budget of MEP works. - Review Bill of Quantitates ensuring the optimum item description and actual quantities. - Maintain and coordinate materials procurement and purchasing orders with Procurement Engineers. - Collaborated with consultants and contractors throughout all project phases to ensure optimal progress. - Participate in periodic meetings with direct managers and subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and workflow in running as per agreed plans - Participate in weekly progress meetings with Consultant and contractor to ensure that project progress as per agreed plans. - Facilitated coordination between the site and unit clients prior to handover to ensure all requirements were met according to contracts. - Site visits to for following up projects progress.
