• Job Details:Modernization of Egyptian National Railways Tracks • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly. • Prepare and issue the main works invoice to the client. • Prepare variation orders and Claims Cost Impact for the main contract with its related Overheads and profits. • Prepare and Issue of The Subcontractors Invoices with different Methods of measurements and negotiate with them their claims and variation orders and finalize its valuation. • Preparation of compensation Law application. • Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts. • Cost Plan update and preparation. • Profitability and invoicing Reports. (Billing reports) • Preparing of the Cash flows.
