• Job Details:• Responsible for the 5-liter printing department and maintenance department, specializing in Leak testing machines and Inkjet seals. • Collaborated with the Research and Development department to enhance the printing equipment for higher efficiency. • Participated in the Kaizen project to improve the efficiency of the 5-liter printing department. • Monitored production line efficiency and quality control, implementing corrective actions when necessary to maintain product consistency. • Conducted root cause analysis on equipment failures and process inefficiencies, developing solutions that led to sustained performance improvements. • Applied lean techniques to reduce waste. • Coordinated with production, maintenance, storage, shipping, and quality departments to synchronize operations, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure timely production and delivery. • Developed weekly plans according to customer orders and ensured through MRP that all materials would be available. • Prepared monthly plans based on customer forecasts. • Tracked KPIs, monitored production records, and prepared productivity analyses, including downtime, efficiency, and OEE, to ensure production plans were met and quality and safety standards adhered to. • Ensured the implementation and daily monitoring of 5S. • Conducted daily follow-up on order execution. • Daily follow-up with ADCO for packaging supplies.

• Job Details:• Responsibilities include meeting production plans for each machine, adhering to quality and safety standards, reviewing production records, and analyzing productivity. • Monitor production records and prepare productivity analyses, including downtime, efficiency, and OEE. • Direct production processes by line and create production timetables. Collaborates with the Maintenance department to implement maintenance schedules without disrupting production targets. • Monitor production plan, use Lean and 6 Sigma principles, analyze waste rates and scrap, identify root causes, and offer waste reduction strategies. Conduct regular inventory inspections to prevent waste and material consumption variations. • Coordinated production, warehousing, and shipping as Deputy Director of the Factory throughout evening and night shifts.
