Ersee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures. Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed. Develop purchasing policies and procedures and control purchasing department budget. Evaluate cost and quality of goods or services. transportation and delivery of goods to customers. Supervising the operations of storing goods in warehouses.

• Job Details:1. Communicate with suppliers to purchase hotel supplies, including food, drinks and detergents. A- Evaluate each product separately in terms of quality and price. B - Maintaining a safe cost of purchases allowed within a month. 2. Recording purchases on the "Fast" system, and adding the departments' withdrawals daily. 3. Periodic inventory work for: A- The main store. B - The cafeteria. C - the kitchen.
