• Job Details:Recruiting & Payroll preparation  Handling social insurance and Labor offices issues  Attending meetings with the Manpower ministry, the company's union and the petroleum union representatives for grievance resolution  Communicating with Health insurance companies and handling the employees requests and problems along with being responsible for negotiating the insurance policy on renewal  Preparation of the company's Articles of Associate and submission to the labor office  Conducting meetings with the legal consultants  Explaining the Egyptian labor laws to the company's management  Pay scales preparation  Conducting investigations and taking necessary disciplinary actions  Preparing databases that help reporting key data to the corporate head quarter  Part of the company's emergency team  Negotiating agreement terms between the company and different entities.  Assigning crews of diverse nationalities to the vessels and organizing work cycles.  Outlining work instructions, goals and objectives for the HR Dept. for ISO Certification  Reviewing and setting KPIs to meet the company’s standards and the clients requirements when needed  Handling external and internal audits  Submitting reports to the company’s headquarter periodically  Preparation of work agreements for the onshore and offshore employees in coordination with the local legal consultant and the corporate legal advisors in compliance with Egyptian laws and Maritime regulations for the offshore employees.
