• Job Details: Job Description: o Serving our clients professionally & efficiently in accordance with documented & globally agreed procedures. o Monitor the service levels and handle any deviation immediately to keep the Logistics team providing the desired service output. o Modifying methods whenever it’s needed, moving from one technique to anther according to surrounding circumstances. o Avoid any extra cost & tracking every little detail and persuasion characteristic in dealing with others. o Identify problems, analyze them quickly, and then solve them with no violation to laws & regulations. This Include but not limited to: o Performing & controlling all Logistical activities related to client’s orders, Shipping, customs clearance & also export orders). o Managing & Follow up all Foreign, Local & Export orders, as well as Orders Consigned to Client directly. o Expediting orders by receiving client’s Purchase Requests from sales department & converting them into P.O. o Issuing Purchasing contracts with clients and abide with its clauses such as (Delivery, Quality, etc…). o Full revision of complete set of shipping documents in accordance to Egyptian customs regulations, handling all required bank activities ex: (payment transfer / documents endorsement). o Accurate follow up of bank procedures regarding payments settlement (payment transfers, issuance of L/C & L/G). o Interact directly with external providers such as Forwarders & shipping Lines, also making relevant deals & contracts with them. o Interacting & negotiating with Foreign/Local Suppliers in terms of logistical & documentation issues and tends to solve any discrepancies may occur in technical specifications in collaboration with our dedicated technical support engineers. o Interact internally with all departments (Regularly sales, Stores, Finance & Administration) and responds to their needs on the right time. o Using technical experience of sales engineers in solving any problems may occur during customs clearance process concerning description or classification of the goods. o Complete follow up with customs clearance brokers, local contractor & reviewing customs duties calculations, recalculate it & resolve any discrepancy if any & finally issue relevant customs duties cheques. o Managing & controlling of Local transportation of orders (Goods) to our warehouse or to customer’s warehouses directly through communicating with various relevant parties to ensure safe delivery of orders. o Contact service providers in case of any complaints against specification, broken material or unexpected delivery conditions, and process any claims with the concerned parties. o Prepare daily follow up reports and keep all departments updated with current orders status. o Prepare daily inventory analysis and keep all departments updated with current orders status. o Prepare annual analysis concerning logistics cost saving and future plan for efficient saving & ways to develop logistics strategy.
