• Job Details:Performed daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency of the O&M Aviation maintenance regime. Took 10 courses and partnerships. Main courses about: - ILS internship (Integrated Logistics operational System). - Safety procedures and quality aspects in the workplace. - Logistics and Warehouse management. - Production supervision. - Leadership seminar - Mentoring and Fellowship. I had about 30 technician sergeants and 3 officers under my lead to preserve successful schematic production operations for over 20 months. Responsibilities: Leaded a team of ILS Engineers in logistics support analysis. Developed and deliver associated ILS plane parts derived from logistics support analysis. Allocated resources, monitor and adjust workload to ensure delivery of ILS products. Provided clear and decisive leadership to the ILS Engineering team. Engaged with integrated product teams to gain data to support logistics support analysis. Prepared for and participate in system design reviews. Provided weekly status of ILS product development and progress identifying any issues & risks. Reviewed integration & validation of complex support designs including plans and reports. Proceeded the transition of the logistics support analysis recommendations.
