• Job Details:- Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and ensuring that they have been approved by the appropriate department head or manager - Recording all inventory transactions & maintaining stock cards by an ERP system - Verifying inventory counts and recording adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used, damaged, or lost - Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. - Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database. - Determination of fixed costs (such as salaries, rent, insurance). - Planning and recording of variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw materials, costs of operations). - Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions for AP accounts , Operating & administrating costs , cash & banks accounts & fixed assets - Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports. - Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports. - Assist & Manage in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal company accounting, and financial guidelines.

• Job Details:- Recording financial operations from the documents supporting according to petty cash transaction systematic. - Maintaining, and processing the branch's accounting books and the treasury of the branch. - Making contracts for customer and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. - Prepare required monthly analysis for actual expenses , contracts & installments revenues , cash deposits in bank accounts , collected bank checks from customers , returned reservations for customers , accrued expenses & transactions at bank accounts. - Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. - Preparing for the payment of salaries and wages for the company's employees and all compensation and bonuses issued in accordance with fundamental decisions. - Revise accounts' balances (accrued expenses and other expenses) on monthly basis in order to ensure that allocation is correctly done.

• Job Details:- Recording Daily Accounting Transactions on American Journal. - Prepare financial report for withhold tax & VAT for the head office. - Analyze and record transactions for cash and cash equivalent accounts, expenses, payable accounts, Receivables and accrued taxes for posting to the ledgers. - Prepare an adjusted Trial Balance for the head financial management office to be audited.
