- Job Details:Main responsibilities: -Recruitment 1-Creat jobs Advertisements and post in all recruitments channels. 2-Screen CVs and filter according to requirements 3-Conduct HR interviews and evaluate the job candidates and also participate in selection decisions 4-review all application forms and also evaluate English writing tests 5-prepare employment confirmation letters and also job offers -Personnel 1-Contracting and keep employment documents from any accepted applicants 2-Enter any new accepted employee in social insurance using social insurance forms(form1,form2 and form) 3-Get attendance from finger print machine and collect over time and also excuses 4-Calculate the annual vacations and casual leave for any employee and update the annual vacations balance 5-Apply new legislations and procedures for organization and also get approval from labor office 6-approve on sick leave vacations and also get medical insurance approval on any medical requests -Payroll 1-calculate all over times for all employees in our organization 2-Record any deductions for any employee as an action for absenteeism, punishment and delay based on finger print report and schedule 3- Calculate any net salary and convert it to gross and also from gross to net salary 4-Prepare the monthly salary sheet and send it to Bank 5-calculate the Social insurance salary from gross salary ,social insurance employee share, social insurance employer share and also taxes
