• Job Details:- Record all the AR and AP transactions and trace it with our suppliers and customers. -Receive Customer Order then prepare Sales Invoice. -Compare the Shipping documents with the Invoice and edit it if its needed. -Revise the Expenses of the plant with its documents then record it in its suitable account on Quicken Program. -Record the sales tax-VAT on the purchases and sales invoices to prepare Tax Return. -Record any inventory Adjustments occurred due to physical counts or transfer goods from factory to any warehouse or branch.
