• Job Details:• Handling Cairo GL3 and LRT Tenders. • Working on different categories (Marketing and advertising, IT, HR, Maintenance, General supplies). • Ensure the best practice of procurement process in term of quality, prices negotiations and payment terms. • Updating suppliers database/Sourcing new suppliers/partners according to the company policy and needs. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Assist with legal department to finalize all contracts in the time limit. • Follow up with the finance on the payment. • Coordinate with stakeholders, operations personnel, and outside agencies to ensure materials, equipment, and services are available when needed.
