• Job Details:Assigned for the administration, planning, procurement and control of technical and information resources for maintenance projects and improvements of residential, commercial and office buildings, as well as the equipment to the different areas of the companies, to meet the technical cost requirements and time, guaranteeing profit margins and adherence to regulations and the timely detection of deviations to achieve an execution that generates the best performance for the company from the assigned budget and the added value for customers. Key Accomplishments: • Carry out inspections of the facilities of the assigned buildings to identify and solve problems, developing maintenance procedures and their supervision, to guarantee their adequate and timely implementation. • Check the mechanical, sanitary and electrical systems of the buildings to ensure functionality, planning and supervising all installation, repair and preventive and corrective maintenance activities. • Define the business opportunities and considerations of the company's land, for new real estate business opportunities, through the implementation of new or improved technical and administrative areas for the successful development of maintenance/improvement projects.

OPERATIONS MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details:Hired for three months (Dec. 2021 till Feb. 2022) as assessor to develop an accurate and complete diagnosis in existing sustainable hospitality infrastructures, in order to recover installations, upgrade and improve efficiency and backup. Responsible for controlling project supplies, reviewing construction work, and developing budgets and proposals for the hotel plan improvement, like implementing full Solar Panels infrastructure system instead Electric Generators. Performing weekly and comprehensive reviews of the construction's progress to check up on communication, cost-control and work force skill. Making executive decisions about what to include or rethink in the construction plan. Additionally, reviewing owner´s design and specifications, or redesign, of the hotel's interior by constantly checking in with owner´s representative. Efficiently developing budgets and proposals for approval with the owner, and skills to negotiate design, architectural and construction contracts and revenue opportunities. Responsible for quality and timely planning & control execution procedures. Key Accomplishments: • Planning and executing an existing hotel infrastructure, developing hotel branding or modernizing technology. Responsible for preparing all job descriptions, outlining the requirements, skills and education to fulfill the position of all workers and employees in a 60-day timeframe. • Monitor payroll, customer billing, and expense accounts. hiring, training, and scheduling new staff members. Also maintain employee records and fire ineffective employees. • Played a key role in the acquisition of new engineering business features, promoting the organisation and leading multidisciplinary teams effectively

CIVIL PROJECT MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details:Providing project support for all related project development and construction site activities. Coordinating project supervision and inspection teams including all subcontractors, also identifying costed and processed contract variations and tracking activities against detailed project plans. Inspecting project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with all design and safety specifications. Researching, testing, measuring and analysing patterns on various elements and other environmental conditions to provide assessments on civil engineering factors and planning in all company´s projects. Key Accomplishments: • Efficiently coordinated project operations such as job site organization, schedule development and quality control, forecasted costs, quantity, budget of engineering equipment and labour needs for all assigned building projects. • Conducted research on design options, reviewed fabrication shop drawings, and ensured best possible maintenance-oriented design. • Calculated & developed accurate cost estimates and evaluated proposed changes to approved plans & specifications and prepared technical documentation for steel structure material requisition for the airport superstructure and assists the procurement dept. in the technical evaluations. • Liaised with all company´s departments to study technical alternatives for the acquisition of new engineering business aspects, company promotion and team leadership
